We unconditionally guarantee the authenticity of all collections, legal buying and selling. Something Rares is combining professionals from various nationality and countries such as a second-generation commercial paleontologist with over 35 years of experience, proud member of US AAPS, the Association of Applied Paleontological Sciences, art-dealer, art-mover, and logistics expert. We are passionate on our mission – stand in front and select excellent collections for our beloved collectors. We promote legal trade of meteorites, fossils and absolutely abide by all laws and regulations related to importation & exportation.

After you confirmed your purchase, we will contact you in 24 hours time and discuss all the after-sale arrangement with you such as transportation, on-site visit and installation. All collections are shipped from origin. We will partner with professional art-mover and customize crate just for your collection. This is to ensure a safe transportation. In this COVID-19 pandemic time, due to limited flight schedule transportation will need more time. But no need to worry, we have logistic expert in our team to arrange all the details, make sure you receive your collection nicely and safely.

For exclusive collections, we provide on-site survey and discuss with you where to locate the collection. This is to ensure you buy a collection which you love and it can be located in a good location. All on-site survey fee is pay by you however it will be free if you buy the particular collection

After you confirmed your purchase, you have 24 hours time to cancel it. Please contact us by a written email and we will arrange refund within 3 to 5 working days. But you need to pay for all bank administration fee. After 24 hours, sorry to say that we do not accept any cancellation.

We work together with logistic expert to arrange all transportation, insurance and installation related services, we have to ensure collection that you purchased will reach your house safely. Please pay attention on our conditional remark before you purchase, or you just contact us and we are always ready to serve you

We will arrange professional logistic company to handle all logistic related services. We will do condition checking before pick up and transit insurance included. If the particular collection is damaged during transportation, we will make reasonable compensation according to the actual situation.

All price are listed in Hong Kong dollar. But we accept 6 currencies such as USD, HKD, SGD, TWD, EURO, and RMB

Duties and taxes are not included in the listed price. We will advice you on duties and taxes rate in your country. All payment will be made by collector.

Collect personal data – When you buy any collection from our website, we will collect your personal data such as name, address, email, and floor plan of the house, etc. We definitely protect all personal data of our collectors from disclosing them to any third party, except for special reasons. In addition, if you allow us, we will email you newsletters about our company latest news.
